• Scoutmaster Message: Cedar Point Trip

  Cedar Point was great. The weather was great even though it rained acorns both nights. Saturday breakfast was prepared by the Tenderfeet scouts and was very good. Those who prepared bring your books to the next meeting to get signed.  Cedar Point was fun but very crowded. I suspected but found out for sure that our Scouts are scarier then the ghouls at the park. I'm looking forward to the Haunted Weekend at D-A on the 19-21st. • Tuesday, September 25th Community Project at Community House

  Times are 6-9 PM but you only need to work one and a half hours. Come dressed to move soil (not uniform). Bring gloves and maybe a shovel. Volunteer time counts towards Lock-in time. • Kent McCormick Needs Your Digital Photos and Videos ASAP

  We all enjoy the slide shows at the Court of Honor. It's wonderful to see our Scouts in action at the many impressive venues they have experienced since the Court of Honor last May. If you have photos or video clips just slacking off inside your camera, you need to roust them and get them to Kent. Reach out to a leader you know who can get the photos to Kent. Go to CVS or Wallgreens and burn a disc of your photos to give to Kent. Or bring your cameras, disks, digital gadgets, or memory cards to the next Troop Meeting and Scott Schuster can download your photos, burn you a disk and help make it happen. He's got card readers, cables, discs everything you need, and is cheaper than Walgreens. Summer Camp Canoe Trip Philmont Pie Baking Cedar Point (This Weekend) Kent needs lead time to prepare the show -- so let's show him some consideration by getting him those photos el-pronto!
